Shipping Policy

Orders are roasted and shipped in small batches, typically within 2–3 business days. Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout. We currently ship within Canada; US shipping is in the works.

Return & Exchange Policy

Coffee is a fresh food product — we can't accept returns of opened bags. If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
